4 way entry compression-molded wood pallet machine is used to produce pressed pallets from wood particles or fibers bonded together with urea-formaldehyde resin. Molded wood pallets with stackable legs are made of pre-defined specifications, however, a full board with wooden block pallets can be made as per the specifications and drawings of the customer.

1. Quarantine-free safety and medical inspection systems. Pressed wood pallets do not have to be placed under quarantine, since they are fabricated using heat and pressure processes recommended by the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) 15. Thus, pressed wood pallets are exempted from ISPM 15 standards and do not require fumigations as per Clause 2.1 Revision of ISPM No. 15 – Regulation of Wood Packaging Material in International Trade.
