Grassland cutting discs are made from high-quality aluminum oxide abrasive, this cut-off wheel slices through hard- and soft-carbon steels and other hard-to-cut materials with ease. Reinforced and featuring a high-quality resin bond, this wheel is highly durable and delivers straight cuts when paired with stationary saws, including chop stroke machines.The content of Iron,sulphur and chlorine less than 0.1%.
 
Two layers of fiberglass mesh reinforcement give these wheels at least three times the life of standard cutoff wheels when cutting metal such as aluminum, iron, stainless steel, and steel. Choose coarser grit for fast cuts; choose finer grit for smooth cuts.
 
 
Applications: These metal cutting wheels are for use on latest generation hand held petrol saws such as Stihl TS410, TS420, TS460, TS700 or Makita DPC6410 and Husqvarna K970, which are becoming more powerful due to higher speeds. They suit saws with a peripheral speed of up to 100m/s.
