High Performance Transparent Nucleating Agent For Polypropylene

Nucleating Agent is mainly suitable for homopolymer and random copolymer polypropylene products and LLDPE film, which can be directly mixed with resin directly or used for injection molding and extrusion molding.

Features

• Improves physical and mechanical properties such as flexuaral modulus and heat deflection temperature of crystalline polymers, in prticular PP. It shows excellent performance even at low loading level, vs. conventional clarifiers.
• Enhances crystallization rate of crystalline polymers, resulting in improving processing cylcle time and productivity.
• Improves clarity as optical properties of PP, in particular, homo - PP.
• Do not suffer from deposition, oder, etc problems due to its excellent thermal stability during processing at high temperature.
• Approved as an indirect food contact additive in US, EU. Potential application in food packaging.

Handing and storage 

• Store in the orginal container securely under cool and dry condition.
• Protective clothing should be worn when operators are handling or being exposed to this product. See MSDS for details.
