Where are blind flanges most commonly used?
Blind flanges are commonly used in petrochemical, pipe engineering, public services and water works.
A blind flange is useful for making repairs to a pipeline further up the line. In fact, during construction of a pipeline, a blind flange may be built into the final length of pipe. This allows for expansion or continuation of the pipeline simply by adding onto the final flange.

Q:How we make the quality control?
1. Material control from raw materials. For raw material checking, we check 100%by chemical liquid. Any property mistakes would be rejected.
2. Sand hole inspection after raw materials are machining before polishing.
3. Carbon component report can be provided if needed.

4. 2nos of new samples to be checked against technical drawing.
5. After we get the finished products, we check for surface roughness, thickness equality,roundness, size measurement and sand holes again.
6. For all finished products, the checking quantity is not less than 10% of total quantity.
7. Before shipment, we check for the quantity of each product, in order to find out any missing quantity or wrong product.
Q:Do you have product warranty?
Yes,12 months warranty.100% inspection on finished products before dispatch.Inferior products can be returned or replaced without excuse.
Repair parts could be supplied for replacement.
