1. Basic Parameters
Capacity: 40ml (It is recommended to reserve 5% - 10% space for actual filling, so the actual filling volume is approximately 36 - 38ml) Material:
Bottle body: Transparent PET (polyethylene terephthalate), lightweight, shock-resistant, and high transparency.
Bottle cap: PP (polypropylene) or HDPE (high-density polyethylene), available in options such as screw-on caps, flip caps, dropper caps, etc. Sealing parts: Silicone gasket or PE inner plug (to ensure no leakage).

2. Bottle Mouth and Sealing
Bottle Mouth Type:
Standard wide-mouth (convenient for filling and taking out).
Optional threaded mouth (such as 24/410, 28/410 and other common specifications, suitable for various caps).
Sealing:
Passed leakage test (inverted or pressurized at 0.3 MPa without leakage). It can be sealed with an inner seal or an aluminum foil sealing film (for better preservation).

3. Physical Properties
Temperature Resistance: -20℃ to 60℃ (Avoid deformation at high temperatures or cracking at low temperatures).
Transparency: ≥ 90% (Transparent PET, contents clearly visible). Chemical resistance: Resistant to water, alcohol, weak acids and weak bases (compatibility with strong acids/bases needs to be tested).

4. Appearance and Printing
Surface treatment: Glossy (highly reflective) or matte (non-glossy) finish.
Printing techniques: Screen printing, foil stamping, label application (must be resistant to friction and water resistance).
