1. Material parameters
Cup body material: food-grade PP (polypropylene) or Tritan (high-end plastic), high temperature resistance (PP is usually heat-resistant at 80~120℃, and Tritan is heat-resistant up to 100℃ or above).
Lid/seal material: PP or silicone (pay attention to whether it contains harmful substances such as BPA).
Tea can material: Some small cans of tea use aluminum cans (moisture-proof and fresh-keeping) or PET plastic (transparent and visible).
2. Capacity specifications
Single cup capacity: common 200ml~350ml (portable models are mostly around 250ml).
Small can tea capacity: single can of tea is usually 4g~8g (corresponding to 1~2 brewing amounts).
3. Design parameters
Sealing: leak-proof design (such as silicone sealing ring, snap-on lid).
Filter type: removable stainless steel filter or food-grade PP filter (the aperture needs to be moderate to prevent tea residue from seeping out).
Portability: light weight (plastic cups are usually 100-200g), foldable design (some travel models).
4. Applicable scenarios
Temperature: hot and cold (need to confirm the temperature range of the material, such as Tritan can be brewed with boiling water).
Tea type: suitable for loose tea, tea bags or directly put in small cans of tea blocks (such as tea powder, pressed tea cakes).
