Material
PP (polypropylene): High temperature resistant (100~120℃), microwaveable, flexible and not easy to crack. -20℃~120℃ Recyclable (sorting required)
PS (polystyrene): Low cost, high hardness, but not high temperature resistant (easy to deform), suitable for cold food or room temperature food. 0℃~70℃ Difficult to degrade, banned in some areas
PLA (polylactic acid): Degradable (industrial composting conditions), derived from corn starch, with a texture close to PP, but poor heat resistance. -10℃~50℃ Environmentally friendly (degradation under specific conditions)
Pulp/sugarcane fiber: Naturally degradable, good thermal insulation, can be coated (PE or PLA) to enhance waterproofness. -20℃~100℃ (coated version) Completely compostable (non-coated version)
