A1: The exact price is based on your final design. It usually based on the Dimensions, Materials, Qty and other requirements you need.
Q2: What is the tool cost & mould charge for new design?
A2: The normal copper mold is 100USD-200USD, CNC aluminium mold is 500-1000USD or more. It depends on the design, we have our own design team and mold workshop to provide free design and low mould charge.
Q3: How can we get the sample, and what is the cost and time?
A3: For the sample which we have existing mold & stock. It is free. You only need to pay for the freight cost.
For custom sample, we will use plaster mold. We can help you design it as your infos and requirements.
