3. Can we get your free samples?
Yeah, free samples(no logo) can be arranged, but freight collected.

4. What is the normal lead time?
For our stock products(without logo), we will send goods to you within 3-5 workdays after payment received.
For customized products(with your brand/logo), the delivery time is 7-15 workdays after payment and brand/logo artwork confirmed.

5. What is your payment term?
T/T, L/C, PayPal, Credit card are accepted.
For bulk customized order: 30%-50% deposit paid in advance, balance paid before shipment.

6. What is your shipping way?
