The LK-T63 is a fully automatic press line designed for manufacturing small and medium-sized aluminum foil containers. Featuring a robust C-frame structure, this machine ensures stable operation and minimal vibration during extended production runs.

This complete ready-to-run production line includes a decoiler, main press, mold lifting arm, safety door, scrap suction system, control cabinet, and 3-way stacker. It utilizes lithium-based ester lubrication to maintain smooth operation of moving components and reduce wear.

For enhanced operator safety, the LK-T63 is equipped with a safety door that automatically stops production when opened. Capable of 24-hour continuous operation with speeds ranging from 35-68 strokes per minute, this line requires only one operator, significantly reducing labor costs.

The electrical system incorporates reliable components from Mitsubishi, Innomotics, and Schneider. The machine processes aluminum foil ranging from 0.025 mm to 0.2 mm thickness. Mold changes are simplified with hydraulic control, allowing one person to complete the task in approximately 15 minutes. With a reject rate of only 1/1000, material waste is minimized while production efficiency is maximized.
