63ton Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine with Full Edge Rolling and Quick Mold Change for Flexible Production
The 63ton Aluminum Foil Container Making Machine is built for manufacturers who need flexibility in edge finishing. Whether your product requires full edge rolling, folded edge rolling, or reverse edge, this machine handles all three options on the same platform.
Different container types require different edge treatments. Full edge rolling gives a smooth, rounded rim ideal for standard disposable containers. Folded edge rolling creates a reinforced rim for added structural strength. Reverse edge rolling produces a clean, flat rim suitable for lidding applications. With this machine, you are not locked into one edge type. Switch between options based on your order requirements.
The machine runs at 35-68 strokes per minute with three-cavity molds. One operator manages the entire line. The solid bed plate and raised worktable design provide stability that matters when running thin materials. If you plan to use 0.025mm foil to reduce material costs, this machine handles it consistently without compromising product strength.
Mold changes take about 15 minutes with one worker. The mold lifting arm and hydraulic pump eliminate the need for wrenches. Once changed, stored parameters for up to 60 molds can be recalled with one click—no need to re-enter settings each time.
Key components come from Mitsubishi, Innomotics, Schneider, SMC, and Airtac. The main frame is designed for a service life exceeding 30 years. The machine supports 24-hour continuous operation. Safety door and automatic fault alerts displayed on the touchscreen help protect both operator and equipment.
This is a fully automatic stamping line. It includes a 950/1450 feeder, T63 press, mold lifting arm, safety door, scrap extractor, control cabinet, and three-cavity stacker. Add a baler if you need to compress scrap aluminum—it connects up to 2-3 lines.
- Edge Processing: Full edge rolling, folded edge rolling, and reverse edge options available on the same machine. Select edge type based on product application (standard containers, reinforced rim, or lidding-compatible)
- Mold Flexibility: Custom molds available for wrinkled or wrinkle-free containers. Molds can be adapted for use on other brand presses. Logo embossing with detachable logo blocks for multi-brand orders
- Quick Changeover: Mold lifting arm and hydraulic pump for tool-free mold changes. One worker completes mold change in approximately 15 minutes. 60 sets of mold parameters stored for one-click recall
- Stable Operation: Solid bed plate (not hollow) for better durability. Raised worktable for improved stability. Stable performance with thin foil helps reduce material costs
- Safety and Maintenance: Safety door with automatic stop when opened. Fault alerts displayed on touchscreen for quick diagnosis. One operator per machine
