The LK-T63 operates at 35-70 strokes per minute, designed specifically for 3-cavity mold production. Hourly output reaches 9,000-12,000 pieces. This model is best suited for small to medium sized aluminum foil containers.

The machine adopts C frame construction with lithium grease based lubrication system. Machine weight is 13,500 KG. Solid bed plate with raised worktable delivers stable operation.

Includes: 950/1450 feeder, T63 press, mold lifter arm, safety door, scrap suction unit, control cabinet, and 3-cavity stacker.

Safety door triggers automatic machine stop when opened during normal production. The worktable is equipped with a mold lifter arm for quick and convenient mold loading and unloading.

Custom molds available for wrinkle wall or smooth wall designs based on customer samples. Edge rolling options include full edge rolling, folded edge rolling, and reverse edge rolling. Mold cavities range from single cavity to multi-cavity based on production volume requirements.
