Automatic Turret 4 shafts rewinder is a fully automatic rewinding machine. It is mainly suitable for label production. Compared with slitting machines, the machine has a higher production efficiency, reducing non-stop rewinding work.

The rewinder has many characteristics. Autonomic core loading and storage tower are configured for small cores. The automatic feeding system is equipped with a mechanical arm to ensure that the cores will be positioned onto the rewind shaft accurately and automatically. The PLC control and touchscreen make operation more friendly and convenient. Glue applying machine can automatically access and apply glue to cores. The 4 spindle automatic turret rewinding also has automatic roll eject system and labeling as standard. No changeover time is necessary during the rewind shaft changeover. The speed is up to 50-120m/min. A double-sided heavy machine body is configured to ensure the stability of the running machine in high speed. A professional customized turret makes the machine maintenance-free for ten years. Mechanical and electrical optimization can realize single expansion shaft for 8-die rewinding roll and without biting the roll.

Applications:

The rewinder can be conveniently linked to a variety of machinery, such as rotary die cutting, slitting machines, flexographic printing machines, amongst others. A quick release air-expansion shaft of 1-inch, 1.5-inch and 2-inch lengths is included in the package, so users need not manually adjust for varying reel sizes – the system does that for them. This helps to reduce labor intensity and allows for a smarter production approach.
