Automatic Turret 4 shafts rewinder is a fully automatic rewinding machine designed for label production, which can be easily connected to a slitting machine or other multi-functional machinery with slitting station for non-stop and highly efficient mechanism.
It boast a wide range of features, such as: automatic core loading feature that comes equipped with a storage tower for small cores, automatic feeding system with mechanical arm to ensure quick and accurate positioning of cores onto the rewind shaft, PLC and touch screen automatic control for an easier operation, automatic application of glue (glue-type machine) to cores, 4 spindle automatic turret rewinding, automatic roll eject system, ability of automatic labeling as standard, no changeover times involved, maximum speed of 120m per minute, double side heavy body machine to ensure stable running at high speed, professionally-customized turret that is maintenance-free, and an optimized combination of mechanical and electrical components which can realize single expansion shaft for eight die rewinding roll without biting the roll.
