Product Description:
MQ-Z is an upgraded version of MQ-A, specifically designed for efficient and precise label production. With increased economic value and precision, this machine is equipped with servo motor Schneider France for more stable material control. Its dual web guides provide precision of +-0.1mm for both right and left sides.
The machine is equipped with photoelectric eyes from Germany Leuze, allowing for tracking of colors on both printed and unprinted materials. It is capable of performing multiple functions such as material feeding, web guiding, color tracking, die cutting, laminating, hot stamping, hole punching, waste rewinding, and material sheeting or rewinding, all controlled by a touch screen with PLC automatic tension controller. This makes it the ideal solution for post-press processes of labels, including label papers, nylon membrane, and radium trademark security trademarks for electronic and adhesive products.
With a standard machine speed of 150-160 pieces per minute sheet cutting, this machine can achieve a speed of up to 220-300 sheets per minute with servo motor. An A model can reach up to 200 times per minute, while the Z model can reach an impressive 300 times per minute. Additionally, the waste rewinder and roll rewinder can be used separately for optional tasks, marked in red.
