MQ-Z is a cutting-edge, upgraded version of MQ-A, boasting greater efficiency and precision for your die cutting needs.
The machine features a servo motor from Schneider France for controlled material movement, ensuring stability during operation. For increased accuracy, there are additional features such as two web guides for the right and left sides, allowing for precise control of +-0.1mm.
In addition, the photoelectric eyes, supplied by Germany Leuze, allow for tracking of both printed and unprinted materials, making it a versatile option for various types of products.
The machine comes equipped with multiple functions, such as material feeding, web guiding, color tracking, die cutting, laminating, hot stamping, and hole punching. It also has the capability for waste rewinding and material sheeting or rewinding, all managed through the touch screen with PLC automatic tension controller. This comprehensive process control makes it the ideal solution for post-press processing of labels, including label paper, nylon membrane, and radium trademark security markings for electronic and adhesive products.
This model has a standard cutting speed of approximately 150-160 pieces per minute. However, with the use of the servo motor, its cutting speed can increase to 220-300 sheets per minute.
Note: The A model operates at 200 times per minute, while the upgraded Z model can reach speeds of 300 times per minute.
Unlike the 300-times-per-minute option, the 200-times-per-minute and standard models do not come with a waste rewinder. They do, however, offer a built-in roll rewinder indicated by the red mark on the machine.
