This middle high-speed flatbed machine uses servo motor Schneider France for controlled material feeding, ensuring stability. With two web guides for left and right side, it guarantees precision control of +-0.1mm. The machine also features photoelectric eyes from Germany Leuze, tracking colors for both printed and unprinted materials.
MQ-Z performs a range of functions including material feeding, web guiding, color tracking, die cutting, laminating, hot stamping, hole punching, waste rewinding, and material sheeting or rewinding in one seamless process. The touch screen control with PLC automatic tension controller makes it the best solution for post-press label production. This machine is ideal for label paper, nylon membrane, radium trademark, and security trademark for electronic and adhesive products.
Optional features of MQ-Z include laminating, hot stamping, and hole punching. With the use of a servo motor, the standard cutting speed of 150-160pces/min can be increased to 220-300 sheets/min. For A model, the speed can be 200 times/minute, while for Z model, it can reach 300 times/minute.
