Product Description:

This new product is mainly used for slitting narrow roll material and is targeted to high-level markets. It is equipped with a full servo-driven system, type tension system, top brand web guiding, turret rewind, metering and number counting capabilities, and a static eliminator. In addition, it is designed with a no material no working feature.

The web guiding is controlled by an EPC system, the rewind is turret-type and auto-rotates, PLC and a touch screen control system are also included. It is powered by four servo motors and the sensor systems are made with German Sick brand parts, which can do both metering and quantity counting.
