How to use PSA Slabs?
 

1. Pre-submission Preparation

Choose cards: Prioritize cards in good condition and with high value (estimated value ≥ PSA 8).

Cleaning: Wear cotton gloves, only pinch the edges; gently wipe away fingerprints/dust with a microfiber cloth.

Packing: First place in a soft sleeve (Penny Sleeve), then in a semi-rigid protective sleeve (Card Saver 1, PSA recommended).

2. Order Submission (Official Website/APP)
Register and log in to your PSA account.

Fill in card information: Year, Brand, Series, Number, Role/Player, Declared Value.

Select Service Level (Time/Cost):

Economy: Slow (several months), Inexpensive.

Standard: Medium (2–4 weeks), Regular Price.

Express: Fast (several days), High Price.

Check order, pay, print submission form and barcode.

3. Packing and Shipping

Cards: Pack in a semi-rigid sleeve, then place in bubble wrap/a hard box to prevent movement.

Documents: Place the submission form inside the box and affix the barcode to the outside.

Courier: Choose a trackable + insured shipping method (e.g., USPS Priority).

4. Rating and Packaging (PSA Operation) Verify authenticity → score based on four criteria: centering, corners, edges, and surface → assign a comprehensive score of 1–10.

Package into a PSA slab, laser-printed label, permanent tamper-evident seal.

5. Receiving and Verification Upon receiving the slab, verify the label information and authentication code.

Verify authenticity by entering the serial number on the official website / scanning the barcode, or by using NFC on your mobile phone (new version).

Electronic record saved for easy transactions and insurance.

How to care for PSA Slabs?
 

1. Handling: Pinch only the edges, avoid pressing the surface/label.

2. Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (18–22℃, 40–50% humidity), avoid direct sunlight/UV rays.

3. Cleaning: Use a microfiber cloth + special acrylic cleaner (do not use ammonia-based cleaners); do not soak/wash.

4. Display: Use a UV-protected display box/frame for long-term display to prevent fading.

5. Stacking: Store upright to avoid warping due to heavy pressure.
