- Appearance & Protection
- The entire pack is enclosed in a blue PVC heat-shrink sleeve, providing standard insulation, moisture resistance, and scratch protection.
- Its slim, elongated rectangular shape indicates it is assembled from multiple 18650/21700 cylindrical cells in series-parallel configuration, tailored to fit narrow battery compartments (e.g., under the deck of an electric scooter).
- Connector & Wiring Design
It features two sets of wires:
- A main pair of red/black wires with an orange high-current connector (typically XT60/XT90) for high-power charge/discharge, supporting large current flow, which is typical for power-grade batteries.
- A secondary set of thin wires with an orange connector, usually the charging wire or BMS balance lead, for dedicated charging or battery status monitoring.
- This "main + auxiliary wire" design meets both high-power discharge needs and simplifies charging and battery management.
