Wire Harness And Cable Features:
The 4 conductors are twisted into two differential pairs (e.g., red-brown / white-black), which cancels out common-mode noise induced by motors, ESCs, and RF modules. This prevents signal corruption, making it ideal for high-speed serial communication (UART, I2C, SBUS) in drones and industrial systems.
2.Tinned OFC Conductors for Reliability
Oxygen-free copper ensures excellent electrical conductivity, while tin plating prevents oxidation and corrosion, extending service life in humid or industrial environments. The stranded construction offers flexibility and resistance to fatigue cracking.
3.Flexible, Durable Insulation
Standard PVC insulation is flexible, durable, and RoHS-compliant, suitable for most applications. High-temperature FEP/PTFE options are available for environments near heat sources (e.g., ESCs, motors).
4.Customizable Bare End Termination
The stripped and tinned ends allow for direct soldering to PCBs or crimping to any connector type (XH2.54, GH1.25, JST, etc.), making this wire highly versatile for custom projects.

Important Notes:
1. Please confirm the connector model, pin sequence and wire gauge before installation to avoid wrong connection, short circuit or equipment damage.
2. Avoid using the wire harness in over-current, over-voltage or high-temperature exceeding the rated working range, to prevent wire heating and safety risks.
3. Keep the connector away from water, dust, oil and corrosive environments to ensure long-term stable conductivity and avoid poor contact.
4. Do not bend or squeeze the wire sharply for a long time; reasonable wiring protection can extend the service life of the harness.
5. For drone and flight model applications, check the locking buckle condition before flight to ensure firm connection and prevent mid-air disconnection.
