1.Give extra free spare part when ship with the machine.
2. Offer manual, pattern book, installation video and step by step instruction if meet problems.
3. If need field installation or repairing machine, client should bear tickets, food, hotel and labor cost $100/day.

4. Within a year if part is broken, the supplier can replace part for free. Damage resulting from buyer's wrong operation / actions without supplier's guide / force majure is not in the scope of the warranty. (note bobbin case, bobbin, needles, lamp is not in the scope of the warranty)
