• Consumable parts are not covered under warranty. Additional consumable parts are provided with the machine for approximately one year; please refer to the packing list.

• In the case of severe issues, upon request, we can dispatch a technician to the customer's location. The customer is responsible for covering visa expenses, round-trip flight tickets, accommodation, and a daily technician labor cost of USD 150.
