The cutting machine always used with lock stitch multi needle quilting machine. It is used to cut the quilted material into pieces of sheet as required size. 

Function

1. Using in industrial quality PLC control system with touch screen.
2. The machine have easy operation, stable running, high efficiency.
3. Infrared system to measure the cutting length, precise length cutting, could cut the bedding size in exactly.
4. Set cutting length and numbers of sheet by the touch screen. Once finished, machine stop working a second.
5. Conveying platform to feed out the cutting sheet automatically.
6. English and Chinese language can be chosen in control board.
7. Neatly cutting without blurs.

The standard configuration: 1 cross cutting blade, 2 edge cutting blade, 1 conveying platform.
