During operation of the dryer, check the temperature of each part of the bearing frequently. The temperature should not exceed 50℃. The sound of the gear should be stable. There should be no obvious impact, vibration or transmission in the transmission, support and barrel rotation.

(1) All bolt fasteners shall not be loose.

(2) Should always pay attention to the contact between the roller ring and the baffle wheel and tug wheel.

(3) The windshield ring and gear housing should not have wing crack and friction and collision damage.

(4) All parts shall be lubricated normally according to the following table.

Lubricating point: lubricating time and period of lubricating material

troubleshooting

1.The moisture content of the material after drying is greater than the specified value, its elimination method is to control the production capacity of the dryer, increase or reduce the supply of heat.

2. The main reason for the swing of the roller is that the concave joint of the roller is not clamped on the side. The method of elimination is to keep the roller and concave joint even and properly clamped with the backing plate to prevent over-tightening and accidents.

3.The meshing gap between the big gear and the pinion was damaged, as a result of A. tugwheel abrasion; B. baffle wheel abrasion; C.Pinion wear can be eliminated by turning or replacing according to wear, or by reverse mounting or updating in pairs.

4. The reason for universal body vibration is a. If the connection between the tugboat device and the base is damaged, the elimination method is to correct and fix the connection so that it is in the correct position;B. The side wear of the roller ring is eliminated by turning or replacing the roller ring according to the degree of wear.
