1. Mixing system
Equipped with MS1500 twin-horizontal shaft concrete mixer; Discharging height is 4.0m. Pneumatic/Hydraulic control, easy replacing of wearing parts, such as liner plates.
2. Cement silo
The capacity of 50t, 100t, 150t, 200t, etc is optional, and we can customize your requirements. Bolted type, modular making with dust collector, broken arch, pressure relief valve, level gauge. Butterfly valve.
3. Weighing system
The weighing system includes aggregate weighing, water weighing, cement weighing and additive weighing(optional). It is controlled by microcomputer, the weighing is highly accurate and fully automatic.
Using a sensor with good quality, the tolerance of the weighing accuracy low to ± 1%. Or lower as customer's requirements.
4. Aggregate Belt Conveyor Feeder
Using super quality belt conveyor to feed aggregates to MS1500 concrete mixer, which will make sure high stability and cost-effective.
