Belt Conveyor Spare Part Belt Conveyor Transfer Chute Discharge Chute

The belt conveyor transfer chute is also called the discharge chute or material guide chute, which is installed at the end point of the belt conveyor.

Before reaching the instructed belt speed, the material falling down to the conveyor belt from the transfer chute (discharge chute) will be gathered in the middle of the conveyor belt, so as to bound the material not to drop outside.

The belt conveyor transfer chute (discharge chute) can be divided into two types: spill-proof skirt board type and fully enclosed type.

The fully enclosed type consists of upper part, middle part and lower part. The side plate of the middle part is fixed and connected with the belt conveyor frame. The top part and the lower part respectively connect with the side plate, which makes it easier to disassemble and convenient to install & maintain.
