The anti-stretch layer of the anti-tear steel cord conveyor belt is made from high-strength steel mesh, nylon net, aramid fiber net or low-extensity zinc (Copper), and additional transverse reinforcement layer is used above or below the longitudinal steel cord for anti-tear purpose, which is equipped with high strength, wear resistant and anti-aging rubber cover.
During the operation of the conveyor belt, the anti-tear steel cord conveyor belt can protect the tear from expanding when it is punctured by sharp objects.
