The B1400 large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor can convey materials with a large angel or even vertical transport. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, small land occupation and simple maintenance, which makes the large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor widely used.

So far, TSKY has designed and manufactured B1400 large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor for many countries, which are widely used in coal, grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy, electric power, chemical and light industry and other industries.

In our country, the B1400 large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor began to develop in the early 1980s. In 2012, the design of the large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor was gradually developing towards the direction of large lifting height and large conveying capacity. It’s been used in underground mining, underground construction engineering, open-pit mining, large dump trucks and other fields.

The working principle and structure of the B1400 large angel corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is the same as that of the general belt conveyor. Therefore, components such as driving pulley, roller, tension device, intermediate machine, intermediate frame, tail frame, discharge funnel, head cover, belt sweeper and protection device can be used with the corresponding components.

The B1400 large angle corrugated sidewall belt conveyor can convey bulk materials with a stacking density of 0.5-2.5t/m³in an environment of -25~40℃. The maximum conveying angle is 90°and the maximum conveying lumpiness is 550mm.
