Grains are loaded in batches and circulated systematically through electric and mechanical components. Hot air from the burner passes through drying layers, heating grains while drawing out moisture. Exhaust fans remove moisture-laden air, and the system automatically shuts down when preset moisture levels are achieved.
Rice hulls, straw, or anthracite fuels are burned in the furnace. Smoke passes through heat exchangers in multiple cycles, while cold air is heated externally. This design maximizes thermal efficiency while significantly reducing energy costs.
