I. Our Chenyu Dryer can be systemized to suit customer’s capacity requirements. and the energy produced by husk burner (option) is utilized efficiently.
2. Our Chenyu batch type Dryer is equipped with full color touch panel and automatic control software. Chenyu developed software provides full automatic drying operation to dry down the product to the target moisture with an ideal drying pattern to achieve the low crack rate after drying.
Chenyu Dryer gives you the best solution to the problems in drying by means Chenyu original calibration formula and automatic control of hot air, circulation speed & air volume.
3. High accuracy single grain moisture meter (Made in Japan) capable of continuously measuring every kernel. Measurement stability is immune to immature grains containing high moisture content. Any foreign materials ingress during measurement, are discharged automatically.
4. In addition to ambient temperature sensor, humidity sensor is also equipped to collect more information to calculate ideal drying pattern and speed.
