Application
PSB/PBZ manual top discharge basket centrifuge is the most versatile and basic model of basket centrifuge for solid and liquid separation with the diameter of the solid-phase particle is greater than 0.01mm.The solid may be in the forms of granules, crystals or fiber,It is also applicable to the dehydrating of goods in pieces (such as yam bundles,textile,etc.).It has found wide applications in such trades as chemical,pharmacy,food, light industry,ect.
Working principle
Motor drives the clutch to pass the power to basket via triangle adhesive belt, so the basket rotates around its axle line in high speed and form the centrifugal force field. The material enters the centrifugal force field from upper feeding pipe.Under the centrifugal force,the liquid drains out of the basket from liquid outlet at the bottom of the machine.The solid material deposits in the basket and is discharged manually from the top.

PSB Series Top Discharging Centrifuge
1. Started by frequency modulator, the start of the machine is stable, the separation coefficient is adjustable.
2. Pachage discharge reduces the labor stress and increases work efficiency.
3. Reasonable structure design can effectively eliminate the sanitation dead corner, the structure transition is very smooh, the surface has been polished, outside structure parts and tightening parts and tightening parts as well as rotating drum are all made of stainless steel. The outshell is of turning over cover, the space betweem the outshell and the outshell rotating drum of the centrifugal machine can be completely cleaned.
4.Cleaning system(apray system) are arranged, the invisible parts of the centrifugal machine such as the inside part of the outshell, inside and outside surfaces of the roating drum as well as the surface of the liquid collection channel can be washed and cleaned so that the clean extent can be guaranteed and the GMP standard can be corresponded to.
