FPJ Inside BOP Check Valve with Large Pressure Drop Arrow Type Seal for Quick Shutdown in Drilling Tools
The FPJ Inside BOP Valve is an advanced check valve designed with large pressure drop capability and arrow-type valve sealing technology. This specialized valve rapidly shuts down under reverse circulation pressure and spring force action, effectively cutting off the inner channel of drilling tools to prevent blowout incidents during drilling operations.
This valve can be positioned on the platform as standby equipment or installed between the drill pipe and drill bit after removing the jacking device. Its primary function is to prevent high-pressure oil and gas ejection from the drilling tool. The integrated dedicated release tool maintains the valve in a normally open position while allowing reverse flow passage.
The pre-installed release tool and assembly preparation on the drilling platform enable rapid installation on the drill string when initial signals appear during drill pipe extraction from the well.
