ITCO Junk Basket (Double Basket Junk Basket)
The ITCO junk basket is designed to retrieve small downhole debris including steel balls, tong dies, roller cones, cutter blades, hand tools and metal cuttings.
It operates by high-volume, high-pressure reverse circulation mud jetting to suspend downhole junk. Floating debris pushes the basket fingers inward and enters the barrel. Once the pump stops, the basket fingers spring back to seal the inlet, preventing captured junk from escaping and completing the fishing operation.
