JAF-3*52 High-strength Alloy Forged Steel Shear Safety Valve with Shear-pin Calibrated Pressure Relief and Large Discharge Capacity

The JAF-3*52 Forging Shear Safety Valve is constructed from heavy forged steel with a silver-grey machined forging surface. The unit features a high-pressure flange base with multiple bolt holes for secure connection to mud pump outlet pipelines. A nameplate is mounted on the valve body side, with an arc-shaped discharge protective cover on top and a discharge outlet structure for medium on the side.

This robust, heavy-duty valve is engineered for high-pressure mud service in drilling operations. It provides overpressure relief protection through the shear pin principle and serves as an overload safety protector for mud pumps.
