Guide Plate is the main component of mud pump system. It is made from gray cast iron through a particular process using high-quality materials. Upper and lower guide is the slideway of crosshead. It is cast by the HT250, after two aging treatment to ensure its accuracy. Our guide plate is made of high quality material through specific process. Its mechanical properties reaches σ≥250MPa.
