Operating Principle
The JQB5×6-10 features a 300-series stainless steel turbine with 44 nozzles, four scoops, and a shear plate. Fifty percent of the fluid receives double shearing during each pump cycle. The system includes a 75HP (55kW) 1800RPM explosion-proof U/L approved electric motor and a specialized hopper system for complete shear and hydration processing.
Important Notice: This pump should not be used on active mud systems as it will shear drill solids and barite, which can damage the pump components.
