Installation Guidelines
Pump Placement
- Install near pumping source to minimize suction length and loss
- Ensure horizontal, firm, and vibration-resistant mounting
Drive System Alignment
- Shaft coupling alignment: parallel offset ≤ 0.25mm, corner error ≤ 0.12mm
- Pulley drive: parallel axes with ≤ 2mm end error
Pipeline Configuration
- Inlet pipeline area must equal or exceed pump inlet area
- Use gradual transitions to prevent air bubbles in suction lines
- Install support for all pipelines - pump must not bear pipeline weight
Operation & Maintenance
Startup Procedure
- Manually rotate pump shaft to ensure smooth operation
- Fill pump body and inlet pipeline with fluid to remove air
- No-load running time must not exceed 5 seconds
Lubrication Schedule
- Use universal lithium-based grease for bearings
- Replace grease every 1500 operating hours
