F1-series drilling mud pumps are comprehensive systems including power end, fluid end, spraying system, lubricating system, and charging system. Designed with API 7K certification for oil and gas drilling rig applications, these pumps feature lightweight construction and compact volume for efficient operation.

Consists of spraying pump, cooling water tank, and spraying pipe to cool and wash the liner and piston, significantly extending service life. The centrifugal spray pump is driven by a separate motor and cooled/lubricated by water.

Power end utilizes combined forced lubrication and splash lubrication. Pressure oil is conveyed through lubricating pipeline to crosshead, intermediate rod, and all bearings via a gear oil pump. System status is monitored through the pressure gauge behind the frame.

Prevents air lock during low pump inlet pressure conditions. Includes charging pump, pump base, butterfly valve, and corresponding manifold. The charging pump is independently motor-driven and mounted on the mud pump's suction manifold.
