Key Power End Components
Crosshead Assembly
Constructed from ASTM A48-83 meehanite material for superior abrasion resistance and extended service life. Features upper and lower guide structures (except F-500 model) with adjustable concentricity via lower guide spacing. Utilizes flange-bolts with pinhole fit for rigid connection to extension rod, ensuring precise concentricity alignment.
Pinion Shaft
Forged alloy steel construction with medium-hard surface herringbone gear teeth. Equipped with single row radical cylindrical roller bearings featuring double ribbed outer rings for simplified maintenance. Extended shaft ends accommodate sheave or sprocket mounting on either side.
Crankshaft System
Manufactured from cast alloy steel, supporting eccentric ring gear, connection rod, and bearing assemblies. Herringbone gear bore features interference fit with crankshaft, secured by bolts and lock nuts. Connection rod big ends mount via single row cylindrical roller bearings, while small ends utilize double row cylindrical roller bearings on crosshead pins. Double row radial spherical roller bearings installed at both crankshaft ends.
