PinPoint Injection Packer
The PPI packer is the Halliburton PinPoint Injection packer, which is a retrievable, treating, straddle packer. The PPI packer is featured with a space-out between packer elements which helps to ensure that the maximum number of perforations within a long producing interval can be broken down to accept stimulation fluids uniformly.In a single trip PinPoint Injection (PPI) packer can reduce trips in hole, isolate and perform step rate tests in just one trip per each zone. The PinPiont packer is a Halliburton packer, which is composed of a straight J-slot drag block body. The collar locator can be run either above or below the PPI packer if needed. The fluid passage through the center of the bottom packer is closed off with the retrievable plug or ball included in the conversion kit.
