Production Process
  1. Raw Material Selection: High-quality nickel ore is selected based on purity and composition requirements for the production of pure nickel plates.
  2. Smelting: The selected nickel ore undergoes smelting in a furnace at high temperatures to extract the pure nickel metal.
  3. Casting: The molten nickel is cast into ingots or slabs of desired shapes and sizes using molds.
  4. Hot Rolling: The cast nickel ingots/slabs are heated and passed through hot rolling mills to reduce their thickness and improve mechanical properties.
  5. Annealing: The hot-rolled nickel plates undergo an annealing process to relieve internal stresses and improve ductility.
  6. Cold Rolling: The annealed nickel plates are cold rolled to achieve the desired thickness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
  7. Surface Treatment: Surface treatment processes such as pickling, polishing, and coating may be applied to enhance the surface quality and corrosion resistance of the nickel plates.
  8. Final Inspection and Packaging: The finished nickel plates undergo thorough quality inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and purity levels before being packaged and shipped to customers.
