Product Description
Industry Heating Nichrom Alloy Ni30cr20 Heat Resistant Electric Wire
Cr20Ni30 Heating Resistance Wire
Ni30Cr20 is an austenitic nickel-chromium alloy suitable for temperature applications up to 1100°C. This alloy is characterized by high resistivity, good oxidation resistance, good ductility after use and excellent weldability. Ni35Cr20 is used for a wide range of electric heating elements in domestic appliances.
Applications
- Heating Furnaces: In industrial heating furnaces, Cr20Ni30 resistance wire is used as the primary heating element. It can work stably under continuous high-temperature conditions, providing the necessary heat for processes such as metal processing and ceramic firing.
- Heat Treatment Equipment: Cr20Ni30 resistance wire is widely used in heat treatment equipment for annealing, quenching, and tempering metals. These processes have high requirements for the temperature stability and uniformity of the heating elements.
- Heating Plates and Rods: In industrial applications that require precise heating, such as chemical experiments and material testing, Cr20Ni30 resistance wire is made into heating plates and rods.
- Industrial Ovens and Dryers: Cr20Ni30 resistance wire is also used in industrial ovens and dryers, providing uniform and controllable heat for the drying processes of various products.
