Working Principle Of Dissolved Air Flotation

The working principle of the air flotation machine is to make a certain amount of air and a part of the return water under a certain pressure to form a saturated dissolved gas carrier in the dissolved gas tank, and the pressure is suddenly reduced by the releaser to obtain a large number of fine bubbles, which quickly adhere to the flowing particles in the water, Emulsified oils, baths, and flocs that undergo coagulation reactions cause the floc to have a smaller specific gravity than water, and are forced to float quickly on the water surface to obtain solid-liquid separation.
