The central drive mud scraper is suitable for the sludge scraping and removal of the radial flow type (circular) sedimentation tank with a diameter of less than 18m in the water plant or sewage treatment plant in the water supply and drainage project.

•  For peripheral operation,the bridge rotates.
• The bridge support bearing is assembled on top of the central column.
• The bridge is powered by a front wheel driven end-carriage running on top of the tank wall.

Sludge Scraper System Design Details

The first sedimentation tank is a circular radial-flow sedimentation tank which discharges sludge in the center. Water flows into it in the center and is then discharged through surrounding outlets. The sludge is discharged under a static water pressure from the center mud trough.
