Our slitting blades for corrugated cardboard are made from ultra-fine tungsten carbide powder and cobalt powder is an ideal option for shearing corrugated board (3/5/7-ply) in carton making industry. We are determined to provide the carbide razor slitters which have high value for cost.
 

 

How Do We Make a Knife for You?

 

Raw Material — Acceptance

According to Shen Gong’s specification, we check FSSS and impurities content of raw materials for each lot.

 

Green Part — Pressing

Pressing condition is made by pressing engineer. Green density, size and appearance are strictly controlled.

 

Blank — Sintering

After 1400°C-1600°C sintering, green part turns to strong and solid alloy which is cemented carbide blank.

 

 

Blanks— Physical Properties Inspection

 

 

Finished Products— Geometry Inspection
