To fill boiled quail eggs 1250gram in to pre-made pouch. This order is from ConFil Partner who is the No.1 in China building vacuum packer. We designed the weigher with special redail feeder to control the feeding, and special timing hopper to avoid the breakage. Also modification in the sofware to stablize the weight sampling that even user has improved the drain process before feeding onto weigher, but water is still there dripping into hoppers.

In ConFil team, we believe for each application there shoud be modification taken place in the machine to make it works better in productivity and accuracy.
