(1) Prevent contamination of hydraulic oil. The pollution of hydraulic oil refers to the mixing of air, water, dust from the outside and the formation of insoluble sediment after its own oxidation. The pollution of oil will increase the wear of relative moving parts in hydraulic components, cause the blockage of orifices or the seizure of slide valve pairs, and accelerate the chemical stability of the broken oil, the generation of oxides and the decomposition of organic impurities in the oil. According to the statistics, More than 75% of the faults of the hydraulic system are caused by the oil pollution, so the oil tank should be properly sealed. It is prohibited to use oil resistant seals and rubber hoses. Clean and replace the oil regularly to prevent oil pollution and aging.
