XY-2PC drilling rig is a multifunctional mid shallow hole rock core drilling rig produced by Zhongdi Zhuang (Chongqing) Geological Equipment Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for geological area survey, corridor and landscape engineering drilling, as well as geological exploration drilling for hydropower, construction, small water well drilling, transportation, etc.

The XY-2PC drilling rig has a wide range of applications, mainly including the following fields
1.Geological exploration: can be used for geological area survey, drilling and sampling different strata to understand the underground geological structure and distribution of mineral resources. It is also suitable for drilling in tunnels and galleries, providing detailed underground information for geological exploration.
2.Engineering survey: In the construction of buildings, hydropower projects, highways, railways, ports and other engineering projects, engineering geological survey can be conducted to provide geological data for engineering design and construction, such as determining the bearing capacity and geological structure of the foundation. It can also be used for drilling micro pile foundation holes, providing support for small building foundations or foundation construction under special geological conditions.
3.Other applications: Suitable for construction of hydropower systems, such as exploration of dam foundations, drilling of grouting holes, etc. It can also be used for drilling high slope anchor rods and cables, as well as related drilling work in geological hazard control.
Safety precautions
1. Operators must undergo professional training, be familiar with the performance and operating procedures of the drilling rig, and hold a certificate to work.
2.During the operation of the drilling rig, it is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating parts with hands, and any repair or maintenance work is not allowed.
3.When lifting and lowering the drill, attention should be paid to preventing the drill rod from falling and injuring people, and the operator should stand in a safe position.
4. The construction site should be equipped with necessary safety protection equipment, such as safety helmets, protective shoes, etc.
5. In the process of drilling, if accidents such as stuck or buried drilling occur, drilling should be stopped immediately, corresponding measures should be taken, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully pull out the drilling tools.
