Working principle:
Positioning and Stability: After the equipment is moved to the work site, the body is fixed with legs and the drilling arm angle is adjusted to align with the drilling position.
Impact rock breaking: The air compressor outputs high-pressure gas (or hydraulic oil) to drive the high-frequency reciprocating motion of the piston inside the impactor (usually 500~1500 times/minute). The piston directly impacts the drill bit, transmitting the impact force to the surface of the rock, causing brittle fracture of the rock.
Rotation assistance: The drill rod drives the drill bit to rotate synchronously (at a speed of about 10-30 revolutions per minute), and the broken rock debris is discharged through the center hole of the drill rod, while ensuring the accuracy of the drilling direction.
Propulsion and slag discharge: The hydraulic propulsion system pushes the drill rod forward, and high-pressure gas or water flows through the center hole of the drill rod to discharge the rock debris outside the hole, forming a continuous drilling operation.
